Hey everyone!
I'm sarah, 26 years old from Australia.
Lived in Toronto from Sept 2009 - March 2011 and loved it. Looking into options to move perminantly in the furture.
Long story short... I'm a personal trainer/aerobics instructor and a nursing student.
Once I finish my nursing course I want to move back to Canada even though my nursing qualifications won't be recognised straight away.
I am eligible for a 2 year working holiday visa and this is my plan however I will need to be doing a skilled job so I can apply to immigrate after 12 months.
I assumed I could do personal support work before nursing but this is not recognised and is under the C classification anyway.
Personal training and fitness is under the B classification which I feel is my only option. I have been a PT for 10 years and love the fitness industry.
Can I move to Toronto, work as a fitness instructor on a working holiday visa (again) and after afew years apply to immigrate as a skilled worker under the CEC??
In the meantime I will try get my nursing qualifications recognised.
Thanks everyone!!
