Omo Naija, thank u for that thoughtful analysis.It sounds really promising. I got the document downloaded but the figure u gave for MI2 &3 do not tally with the table.I think total MI2 applicants is 144 and that of MI3 is 221, pls how did u arrived at 90 for both MI2 &3.

if am not wrong, the download is of April 2012, and by the way things have been moving, 90 is still a good figure for both MI2 & MI3. less we wait for omo Naija to shed more light.
