congratulations !!!!!!!!! Micio ,jovie,dan09 ,Debie for ur visas ....very happy for u all.... I'm still waiting for the embassy to return my passport with visa ....i sent it last thursday ....don't know how long i have to wait again ......

just be patient and hope the best, we have together the same timeline and same cases
I sent on 04/11/12 my police clearance, and Last Tuesday I sent my wife's one.
I am also still waiting, inshalah we will get it soon.

I do agree; I used to send emails and receive replies, the last 2 weeks, sent like 3 emails yet no replies were coming, so is best to wait.

SIDE STORY:
Finding this forum helped a lot during the process, the weary, anxious and unstable emotions brought by the visa processing was really stressful and drying, but with the help of all your post, somehow, i felt the enlightenment every time i read it.

hello Guys! just a bit of info, to all those who has UAE driving license and planning to drive (ofcorse) in Canada, Friends and relative of mine just said it would be lessen the driving courses (or whatsoever) if we could get a certificate of traffic non-violation; i wish to find out how and where to get that.

If anyone here knows please share your opinion. Thanks

hello.. most of us didnt gone through interview, am not sure about caregivers, however what sure is that CG has to go for medical.. I met a friend while am getting my PC few months back, she is a filipina applied for CG with her same employer in abu dhabi that happend also working in canada embassy here, she didnt mention about interview and her application took 13months included medical which is the last and final stage.

yes i believe so.. because thats what one applicant told me.. but then security back ground check is another issue.. but still lets hope for the best.. VO's in abu dhabi recently having a big heart of giving away visas.. everything will be fine dont worry

You can check the driving license requirments in your province to know exactly the required documemnts to prove your driving.
