Anyone on here from Edmonton noticing how slow they seem to be processing applications?

Scarborough has not even started processing looks like, anyone from East Toronto seen any movement?

Nope. I dont even know if I need one since I didnt request for GCMS notes. But the agent I spoke with said she doesn't see FP requested anywhere and when the MP office followed up they were not advised of anything pending or requested from their end.

Basically everything is still ‘In Process’..

Wonder when these background and criminality checks will complete.

My file has been transferred to local office in Feb 2020 just waiting for criminality check to complete that's it. I'm waiting for GCMS notes to arrive. When inquired through web form I was told application was in order and being processed.

Do you think we got randomly selected for comprehensive BG check? They used to inform the applicants if they were selected for some program integrity thing while processing PR applications.

Did you check your GCMS notes if you have a FP request under criminality? if that is the case I don't think it is a program integrity, many mentioned a possible name match.

My file is also stuck at BC with criminality pending due to FP requirement which I still didn't receive it yet. My File has been in transit since February 22nd enroute to the local Office (Ottawa), so I guess it is collecting dust somewhere at local office. Only time can tell, what will be next.

Yes I have ordered GCMS notes but I feel it might take its own sweet time until I finally receive it. The agent on call told me there was no FP request so far. So not sure what's happening.

So does anyone have an idea as to how long it will be before until I hear anything about the citizenship test since I just did the finger print last week and they recieved the result two day after not sure if anyone else had to do finger print

Did you check your status on the new tracker?
I had FP request coming my way on the 16th, got it done on 18th, and when I checked the new tracker (the old one isn’t updated regularly), I already had the invite available.

if not then waiting a few weeks can be a good idea.
