I have sent my application on July 29 but It was incomplete I am waiting for it come back and then resend it. Then my timeline also start from August.

Yes i figured that late. Could you delete this thread meanwhile? I tried and was told i couldnt delete my own threads (ironic)

I don't think anyone but a moderator can delete a thread if you can't delete your own (which I agree is weird).
