It looks like there is very little movement for Ottawa applicants recently. It's so stressful Hopefully things start moving again soon.

Maybe it was a bad decision for us to send passport to Ottawa, but better to spend the summer in Ontario than the hottest months in Phils. From what I have been reading it seems the police checks slow down the US processing.

Visa and CoPR received today, 22 July 2015 - about 9 months total waiting and perhaps 3 months preparation before that.

We are in Toronto, my partner on visitor visa, so we sent her passport to Ottawa for the finale. The tracking message we received yesterday was from CEM though. Glad to see they are all working together. Our plan is to "flagpole", maybe as early as the 24th in Niagara Falls. Good luck August. The spreadsheet is still alive and well and linked on my profile below.

Does anyone know if the CoPR (when finally processed) is mailed via registered mail to US applicants?

We have not heard anything yet - still Application Received and hubby is planning to come over and visit for a couple of months. He is planning to forward his mail to a family member while he is in Canada but we are wondering if he has to sign for it?

I believe before sending out CoPR they will ask where you want it sent to. I've heard of some people getting it while visiting in Canada so they ask to send it to the Canadian address. It's not a crime to send his mail to the Canadian address. When they asked for my marriage certificate I gave them my husbands Canadian mailing address and they sent my documents back here. No big deal.

I applied my case on 8th Aug 2014. I have received re-medical request on 28-5-2015. and have to submit the medical within 7 days of request. But IOM has given me the appointment for 9-6-2015.

Can you please let me know that how much time has CIC given you to submit your medical?

They have given me just 7 days and i am not being given the appointment within this limit. Please guide me what to do?
I have sent many mails stating the issue but no use.

Only 7 days? As you already know some places you can't even get an appointment that fast! I was given 30 days (but I am going through Warsaw office) and was only able to book an appointment 3 weeks later. I never heard anyone get only 7 days for remedical
Hopefully someone who knows more about how to deal with the London office will advice you on how to reach them, seems like you need to show them proof you can't get an appointment sooner.

Unfortunately, your medical was pretty much out-of-date when you submitted your application. I imagine the 7 days was chosen so as not to delay your application processing further. You can likely submit after that, but it may contribute to more waiting. I see 5 panel physicians in Poland. Have you tried them all?

That was in May, were hoping to hear something soon. So sick and tired of waiting. Jealous of watching others get PR in 8 months!

You aren't alone.. They lost my entire paper file.. so I have been sending them proof that they already had. Patiently waiting also. I am not even patiently waiting anymore. I am annoyed and furious at this point.

THEY LOST?!?!?!?! I would be knocking some heads together. How do they lose an entire file!? Grr, that's such a bummer. I'm hoping they figure their crap out soon.
