Wow some people are seeing unbelievably fast timelines.....

Hard to believe that those processing times are not reflected in my case or on others for that matter

Well to be honest, most of the unbelievably fast timelines reported here are questionable as they come from members who are not regular visitors of the forum and have very few posts.....After all this is a public forum.....

Haven't really seen those faster timelines on members who regularly visit and discuss on this forum...

So don't jump your couch and start calling call center to know your status just because someone reported ultra fast timeline.....

More calling ain't doing any good.....

Hi M2013, I am Sep applicant and my timeline is very close to yours, I received RQ on 13 Dec, 2013.

what is your local office? I am from Burlington, ON, i submit RQ back on 22 JAN, 2014.

Congratulations!! usually it takes 25 months to process. Is there a special reason that made your application to be processed so quickly??

Not sure. I thought Mississauga was always fast. I am single and been here for 10 years.

I know friends of mine have their application in process for 3 years now and no word yet..
I applied in August and it started being "In process" in November 2013. I have not heard anything yet..

According to the Act to reinforce the value of forum membership and to catch " readers of convenience" , you will need 4 out of 6 years of active membership in order to be credible,all days spent as a simple reader don't count...oh and when you join the forum, you have to sign an "intent to share your timeline" even after getting Hero Member Status. If anyone finds traces of you on other forums, then you will become a "membership case" and probably will have to send loads of documents to the Forum Judge so that he decides on whether or not to grant you a Hero member status.

Also, all those who lost their Hero Member status, also called " The Lost forum Members" , due to past legislation are going to get it now.

Every forum member who is accused of spamming or trolling can have his Hero Member status revoked...

Also, last but not least!All of this is meant to reduce the backlog for all those who genuinely want to become Hero Members of this forum, by 2015, it will take 2 minutes to become a member... down 3 minutes from what we are seeing today.
