August 2012 Applicants Thread =)

No one has made a thread for this month yet so I figured I would =) We will be sending off our application very soon. Lets all join here and share in our experiences during this very stressful time.

Maybe someone can start up a spread sheet for this month? I would try but I honestly have no clue how haha

Anyway, good luck all! I hope we all have a nice smooth, and fast processing time!

I believe ours is going out on Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday in BC. Yayy for getting it done and sent off finally! haha

Hello August applicants!

If you want, I can create the spreadsheet for you, and then one of you can update it - I'm an april applicant and will not be following the thread for August, but if one of you can take over, I can create the format, and update with the few people that have already posted here, and then hand over the follow up of the spreadsheet to somebody else.. Once the format is created, it's really not difficult to follow and update. I would be using the same one at the april one ( if you want to see what it looks like you can check in my signature, you can find the link).

I will be submitting my application, I hope before the month is up! I'll be returning to Canada August 17th and hoping to have the application sent within a week of that.
I'm applying for my husband through the Santo Domingo office in Dominican Republic.

Louie_ann has agreed to take the spreadsheet, so it should be up and running very soon I have created the template, and added already the first applicants (Shylox, kyc221, louie_ann and tink23), to get it started, and louie_ann will fill out the dates etc. once you guys have sent out your applications, when you get (hopefully!) an AOR from CPC-Mississauga etc.

just added you - when was your medicals done? you're the first August applicant file received in CIC!

My medical was done August 18th, 2011. We were planning to put our app in last year but ran into some problems getting all the information that was needed. CIC said to send the app in anyway and if they want it redone they will ask. I'm hoping it will be ok and I won't have to have it redone.
