HI .just worried if iam within the cap as the number of applications already reached 320 by october 18th and there is no update since then.my file will be in canada by nov 4th mostly as per tracking DHL.NOT SURE!HOPING FOR THE BEST(NOC 3131).please advise if iam still within the cap.
iam new to this blog and do not have a clue what happend after file reaches canada.Iam scared if iam still within the cap or not?pls advise

hello guys any updates yet? they receive my application last august 24,2011 but then until now no reply from them I applied under federal skilled worker with arranged employment from inside canada... they still didnt reply.. its already november..

I have sent an email to CIC inquiring about my application number and status. My application was received on 10th of August, 2011 and CC charged on 26th October, 2011. I have just received this email from CIC.

Your application # is EXXXXXXXXXXX. An assessment letter was sent via the email address on your application on November 7, 2011. If you did not receive it, please advice and we will re-send.

My agent is on holiday for one week and I provided her email address in application. So there is no way I can find out what is their email on 7th of November, 2011. I have just checked my application status online using CIC website which says “in process”.

I can’t sleep by thinking what it could be? PER or NOR

After reading several posts in this forum, I can say that the number you received is the file number. Congratulations!!! It's a good news. Just sit back, relax and hope for the best.

I sent a DD along with my application and no, it's has not been encashed yet. Which occupational code did you apply under?

othet than NOC 1122 and 3152 , DD or CC for people around mid August should have been charged
