what can i explain about this unexpected matter pls advise and it should be submitted before August 03 2010 though i am waiting for medical

using negative substituted evaluation for the following reasons:

a) With basic writing skills and moderate listening, reading, speaking skills (per IELTS)
I believe you will have difficulty finding employment in Canada as a vocational instructor
(the field of your declared work experience) or in a related field;

b) Mohammad Jahagir, your uncle in Canada, has clearly not economically established there
as he has been unemployed since returning to Canada in July 2009 and he is (per 2009
T5007) collecting social assistance in Canada. Therefore, I am not satisfied that your uncle
will be able to significantly assist you in becoming economically established yourself.
This is a procedural fairness letter giving you an opportunity to respond to this information within
60 days from the date of this letter before a final decision is made on this case.

How come they are tiding your case to your Uncle economic situation? You should mention to them that you are on your Owen and you don’t expect a financial help from anyone other than yourself.
According to their rules you accumulate the 67 Passing points, therefore it’s not up to them to predict your future if you are going to succeed or not.

good ielts score and suffcnt POF
both of issues r important for u.....
i will say that as u have about 40 days in ur hand,
try to sit for ielts how many GT dates there in this time...
send the best score
its a chance.

There should not be ne avaialability for IELTS because of so many applicants now a days They didnt mention to reappear IELTS because they already mention that i have got 69 selection point out of 67 so why..........................
I have showed CAD 25000/= as we r 5 members
I think they need more bank solvency to prove initial establishment in CA

To be frank and not to put u down with no offence, i am not surprised that the immigration has refused granting u the PR status cause yr scores clearly reflect the low proficiencies in yr english skills. I am a lecturer in China and i have students who scores yr kind of ILETS result and i can clearly say that their english skills suck BIG time and if i were the immigration officer, i would not grant my students the PR status as they clearly do not reflect strong english proficiency and will not be able to survive well in the canadian society, not to say, that u are going to be a lecturer! How can a lecturer have such low english proficiencies if u were to go teach and lecture students in Canada! Whom these students speak, write, read and listen better than you!

So buck yrself up in yr english proficiency if u really want to immigrate to Canada and show that u are able to obtain ILETS score of at least 6.5 in all categories!

Is 25000 the required amount? then this is not the issue. You should address their issue and that is the one of language and the ability to establish yourself economically (not your ability to look after yourself for a long time). The key should be first and foremost to address their issues with your application. Perhaps IELTS may not be available but please do check for it. Don't assume its all booked out. This might be the most important step for you to make to Canada. Just my opinion. I am no expert.

IELTS is conducted in at least 12 6 places in Bangladesh as far as i know other than in Dhaka, Check with all of them. go to Ctg, Syl, Comilla etc. you will get a seat anywhere.

As in POF, you have showed a lil above the borderline of fund which is required for 5 members.
it is now required : 5 members $23,364
you showed $25K, actually you needed to show more than $55K-$60K.
The more family members an applicant got, greater the chances are of tough survival chances in Canada.

going through your letter it is quite clear that your language proficiency is your drawback. and that reflects on your chosen occupation as explained to you by the other members. i guess they feel that u may not get a job in that occupation with that standard. and thats where ur uncles financial status comes in...

i think you should concentrate on your ielts and get better score. im sure u may have a better chance.
