As per CIC website, Buffalo process apps in 21 days and then they send it back via snail mail. I don't think you can email/write them and ask to "fast track" your application just because you have to leave at a certain date. Other members may have had experienced emailing/writing them, though. Hope these members enlighten us as to their experiences.
