Hi All,
I hv little confusion regarding submission of docs. As mentioned in the checklist of letter (to complete full application) that copies of this and this and this not original, but why Islamabad visa office guidelines pointing to Original all docs. Is it for application willing to move Quebec??? Thats what i am getting . kindly correct and advise as per my knowledge UNATTESTED COPIES of educational docs needs to be submitted to islamabad cic.

Place all the documents in a sealed envelope. Send
originals of all documents, including the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ), if your intend to live in
the province of Quebec, and the police certificates. Please note that affidavits are not acceptable. If your
documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original

I guess, CIC requirements visa to visa and person to person could be any thing, what now you have to do is, follow what they requested, dont see what else. They are saying French certificate" as optional" if you intend to move to Province of Quebec. Dont worry, i dont think they gonna keep your orignal documents, they will return to you. Just follow as per requirement. Good luck

If they are requiring you to send the originals, you need to do that, you just can't change what they are asking you.
