Attestation of documents required for PR (Express entry) / CEC Checklist??

Do we need to attest/notarize the documents we submit for PR application via the express entry?

Where can I find the latest document checklist for CEC under Express entry?

Translation of documents

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide CIC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.
