I got my transcripts and my marksheets attested from my college which is affiliated to Mumbai University. I recently got a reply from WES stating that they will reject the docs if it is from the college affiliated to the University. My question is where do i get the transcripts and the attestation done from??. Is it the Mumbai University??

ECA report:
WES will reject transcripts that are not presented to them as specified. Transcripts need to be attested and sealed in an envelope by the issuing college or university who must then sign across the flap of that envelope.
WES will reject transcripts that do not match your degree certificate. This means that the transcripts must be issued my the same issuer of the degree certificate, a college stating it is in affiliation with a university will not be accepted by WES.
In order to obtain your ECA from WES you will need to visit your degree issuing university and collect new transcripts. Please have them attested and sealed in an envelope at the university and have them sign across the flap on the back of the envelope before you send it to WES. If for any reason the university refuse to issue the transcripts to you, please have them supply this in writing.
