Applicable in any province Nomination program without job offer under with category etc; Health care Manager or in any Group .is someone having any latest information regarding my above issue please help me I need urgent

Hi good morning yes ,i am also looking about nova scotia but i am interested in other provinces without job offer Actually i want to ask that Veterinary Doctor is applicable under Health care manager secondly i am very disappointed that why veterinarian are not included in FSW or in any PNP ???? i have done my DVM and MSc (Hons) Veterinary parasitology. i am very interested in Canada immigration plz guide me in which province nomination program support veterinarian without job offer is this Quebec or any other province ??so how can i apply ?.NOC 2011 have a code about veterinarian like code 3114 veterinary parasitologist now how can i apply canada immigration in any province nomination without job offer and this NOC code 3114 is present in NOC 2011 List which is effective untill now so if you have or any body information about my this issue please reply me ASAP

No, I don't see any way that you could claim that 'veterinary doctor' = 'health care manager'...
