Attention All CEC candidate who did not get ITA

Like me, I understand there are many candidates who do not have LMIA or PNP and point is between 350-550. Should be worried?

-There are 21k quotas for CEC, in 2013 and 2014, it was around 8k, and hence I believe at some point they will have a program specific draw to pick out CEC. Am I right in this judgment? What you guys think?
