Because your question isn't very clear and doesn't make sense.

Attending a 2 year college course in Canada doesn't guarantee you can apply under Express Entry. However it's also wrong to say there is no chance of getting PR under Express Entry. If you qualify (i.e. have the work experience, language points, etc) - then you can apply.

You will know once you filled up all questions and create a profile IN EE once your done and submit it...
Since this system is new and automated nobody knows.
And you will not know once you didn't try all of us here giving advice and suggestions are just based on our experience only in creating EE
