Attaching or replacing Documents after submitting the Application

I want to know if we can replace a document after i have submitted it or attach an explanation for the mistake.

In my Letter of explanation i have mistyped the UCI Number and I want to let them know that it was an honest mistake and to replace the documents with the Correct Number.

I have submitted my application on 29th September 2018, can i fill the Cse form now or do i have to wait for the Application to be processed forst and than fill and send the CSE Form? Please help its urgent

You can submit a CSE at anytime.
The earlier the better
