Attaching NOI copy for OINP application

Hi All,
I had received NOI from Ontario but in NOI letter there is no date. In Applicant document checklist its mentioned "Make sure the copy of the NOI includes the date we sent it to your IRCC account." can someone please help in understanding what needs to attach here :-

1. NOI letter (scanned copy but it has no date)
2. Screenshot of Inbox which shows I had received NOI and date is also mentioned.

Take a screenshot of inbox and the internal content, convert it pdf and submit.
