Attaching Form imm 5669e to Saskatchewan EOI for spouse

After attaching my schedule of declaration imm 5699 as the principal applicant, I tried to add that of my husband but I do not know how to create another page to enable me add that.
I also created multiple additional family member page that I cannot delete
