We reapplied to PR through the Atlantic immigration program for the 3rd time (the previous applications were returned as incomplete) at June 27th, since when we didn't get the application number yet buta last month when we called the operator at IRCC told us that they received the application but didn't view it.
We still didn't get anything. Is it a good sign or not?
