Hello, I have received the Nomination from NB Government under AIP and that time I was Married. But Now after endorsement I have applied for the divorce in India. I even got petition papers from the Court and even translated the papers into English. Can I apply for PR application as a divorcee applicant with the divorce petition papers.

You will need professional help with this question. However, IRCC may need a final notice of divorce and not just the petition.
