Atlantic immigration pilot programme

I am a registered nurse trained in Nigeria, passed NCLEX and hold a Texas RN licence. I need to know if I am qualified for the Atlantic immigration pilot programme. If yes, how and where can I start my application?

Cannot answer specifically whether as a nurse you qualify but first challenge would be you need to find an employer participating in the program or willing to join the program to in effect support your application. As I read it as with the LMIA program seems a lot of effort for an employer as well as the potential employee.

May I ask a quick question to you? By God's grace my endorsement is through. Now, I'm going to apply for my PR under AIPP, however, I lack my birth certificate. Will the educational documents and some identity proofs that contain D.O.B will do for it? Thanks in advance
