I ordered the report Atip long tme ago but when i receive the email they have sent me as a Atip my aplication that i had sent a year ago with my documentation, no comments nothing else, I have my test next week I dońt know if its because of that or maybe I asked for the wrong report, can anybody help me

you ordered is physical report not a case report

ATIPs don't trigger tests.

Sub ac: blank
FOSS: passed
Sub: passed
RCMP : passes
sub: passed
CEREMONY, hearing, test Schedule, judge decision, certificate preparation: not started
Priority 2-medium
According what I am seeing there is no need to keep my file in Sydney because those one that has not been started yet should be done in local office.
any idea what is 2- medium?

my ATIP is exactly the same as yours. priority 2 Medium. an additional thing on mine is .retention period-6. did anyone know what this mean ??

ATIP is "access to information under privacy act". you can order an ATIP from cic website to get information about your application.

QUESTION :

i went to submit the request for ATIP and there's 2 options to request :

PLEASE SELECT THE ACT UNDER WHICH YOU ARE SUBMITTING THE REQUEST:

1 - ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

2 - PRIVACY ACT


WHICH AM I SUPPOSED TO PICK ????? IS IT NUMBER 1 OR 2 ? NUMBER 1 i have to pay 5$ !

There's also another question :

What information do you want to request :

1- Notes in Eletronical file

2- Physical file

??????

Please anyone explain ?

1.privacy act, its free
2.better to apply for electronic files as it has more information regarding processing of application as compared to physical files

Do you guys think its SAFE to request for the ATIP online?
because we need to submit documents , such as PR CARD photocopy etc…what if someone hacks into your email etc..they will see your documents????????

isn't it better to do it via regular mail ?

There is no need to attach the documents, just fill in the online form and submit .I never attached any document

sorry it may be a stupid question but is there any bad consequence or harm of for requesting this ATIP ? because CIC will know that i am requesting this and someone will have to look at my file and pull out info to email me.. just wondering if there's any kind of disadvantage in asking that .
