ATIP Inquiry, for experts please and if anyone got the same !!

I received my ATIP today, the new things were as follows:

Date: 2013/12/17
Event Type: Citizenship Interview
Event Local time: 2014/07/01
Note:1
Date: 2013/12/10
Description: OB 407-D triage-residence concerns to be assessed at interview (eb).

Date:2013-05-14
Description: Triaged under initial OB 407. RQ and supporting documents reviewed-exceptions are not applicable. File placed in queue for complete review/analysis. BSE


Please advice what does that mean?, Am I scheduled for CJ Interview? , is that date accurate or deadline date?, what is exceptions are not applicable? , is my RQ processed already?, what should I expect now?

Any input would be appreciated.

You are not scheduled for a citizenship interview. That date is likely a placeholder corresponding to an internal CIC review process. They aren't going to hold an interview on Canada Day. Many other people have reported seeing this date in their GCMS notes.

It appears that your RQ was cursorily reviewed and it was decided you did not meet one of the exceptions to full review. Your RQ docuemnts will now get the deluxe treatment. In other words, you appear to be in for the long ride.

You will be receiving test date soon. This is the post test interview. Don't worry be ready.

Your application will be delayed because they are going to do a full review of your file, which possibly means they have to do the File Preparation Template for the citizenship judge. CIC prioritizes processing routine applications. Your application is considered non-routine, so you are likely in for a wait.

Ok, but the date of the full review queue note was 2013-05-14 , after that there was note #1 dated 2013/12/17 saying: OB 407-D triage-residence concerns to be assessed at interview (eb) , what is eb anyways? !!

And I agree , my file is considered non routine as I got RQ , or do you mean a none routine RQ, means it is not common RQ ?

What does it say for case status? Is it "open", "on hold" or something else?

I think it's a good sign. According to OB-407, CIC employees are supposed to use "on hold" function to prevent RQ cases from being scheduled for a citizenship test when the RQ hasn't been reviewed yet. Your case status is "open", which may be a sign that you RQ has been reviewed. Unfortunately, I am not sure what "complete review/analysis" is, but the good news it will probably not stop you from getting a test invite.

Have you tried calling CIC about the "complete review/analysis"? I'm sure we'll all be curious to find out what it can mean.

Lorris, thank you for giving me hope, I just got the ATIP today, but I called earlier CIC call centre but they never said any thing about the complete review/analysis thing, I hope to get my test and interview soon, I received letter to prepare for the test in Dec 2013 though.

We are in the same boat timeline wise, although I have not received my ATIP yet, waiting. I called the call center last week and was told that I will be scheduled for the test before July 1st, 2014. I found that date interesting because there are many reports of ATIP mentioning this same date. pretest RQ, applied Nov 2011.

In my opinion, you'll get your test before July 1st. I have the same note regarding citizenship test in my ATIP too. Although in my case it's OB-407 D triage. When are your clearances expiring? It's a pure speculation on my side, but it's not unreasonable to expect that CIC will try to put you through before the clearances expire. Updating them is presumably not a big deal, but it still costs taxpayers' money and you won't pay for it.
