At which stage can I start to look for jobs?

Hi guys, just curious, at which stage during the EE process can I start to look for jobs? I mean yeah I can look for jobs at anytime but as outland applicant, without PR status, it's really hard to land a job. So just wondering when I can start to reach out to recruiters like a baller. Once the application get approved? Landed? I don't think I will have to wait till getting the PR card right?

It all depends on your situation. If you get direct ITA, then you will apply only after landing.
If you would be applying for Ontario PNP, then you must apply for a few jobs in Ontario and attach these application emails with your "Intention to reside in Ontario" in your application.

Thanks for the reply! I am applying direct ITA. So I am not eligible for job even when my application gets approved? So I cannot look for job until after landing? Appreciate your input!

Employers in Canada will consider your profile once you put up a Canadian address on your CV and/or already have PR status. I hope this clarifies your doubt.
