At what stage I am out of Pool

Hello All,

I have applied for OINP last week @ 447 points. They usually takes 90 days to respond. Suppose if the points drop so will I be eligible for the ITA or I am out of the pool since i have applied for Ontario?
At what stage we are out for ITA pool?

Great!. Then i still hold chance for ITA correct if points drop ? Wanted to make sure I am secure either way.
