At what point do you have to provide proof of funds?

Hi all,
I have not created my EE profile yet as I am waiting to sit my IELTS exam and get my WES results.
Question - for FSW, at what stages in the process do you have to provide proof of funds? Is it before ITA or after it?

Once you've proven your funds during the process, is it correct that you need to prove them again when you arrive in Canada to activate your PR?

After you receive your ITA, once you submit your eAPR.

Yes, you should be prepared to prove that you have the funds when doing the landing procedure.
