At 387 crs score... what next?

I am at 387 crs score. PnP is the only option for me I know.
1. Should I apply now or wait for Jan when the entries open fresh again?
Please suggest.

2. Also what are the general docs required to apply for PnP apart from IELTS, wes report and employment reference letters. How to obtain birth certificate? Looking for help.

Yes , apply for PNP . I was also 378 and applied one in June and got nomination .
If you don't have Birth Cert , try to get from Local govt office - municipality/corporation/etc

only Ontario gives PT to people above 400
all other pnp donot have any constraint

i withdrew my profile and resubmitted over the weekend, so I am hopeful they may send me an invitation as I have 444 and have skill in NOC level B.

Does anyone know how often ontario sends their invitations?

When you withdraw and resubmit you will get a new EE profile number and they will also send you new job seeker code.

It is not too difficult , I did it in less than one hour.

I'm not an expert , but considering the Christmas holidays, There are no much days remaining in December , but i believe it won't make a different, as there are no expected changes in EE , and the same for PNP.

At first you should check the provincial program,who's requirements you are capable of meeting. When you apply does not matter.
