Asylum based on sexual harassment and religious threat

Hello guys, I wanted some information regarding asylum assistance. Can you apply for asylum if you have received threats based on sexual harassment and religious threat, and are living in a third world country where your life is in danger based on those threats?

My girlfriend has received threats based on sexual harassment and religion persecution, do you think that this could be grounds for gaining asylum?

You need to do it when you come to Canada. It's almost impossible to do it outside of Canada.

You would have to show that there is no safe location in her whole home country.
