Hi
I am a Pakistani but was living un UAE after getting married.
I am married to different Islamic caste...in short my wife belongs to Shia caste.

I moved to UAE as its dufficult for us to continue our marriage due to this caste differentiation issue in our familoes and societies.

Last month UAE immigration dpt asked us to leave UAE within 5 days with no reason given but its very much known that they are nit tolerating Shias in country.

With the aforementioned situation, can I apply for canadian asylum immigration?

You will need to prove that you cannot live in Pakistan and are persecuted there in order to have some chance at a successful refugee claim. It's not possible for any of us to say if your claim will be successful.

You cannot apply from Pakistan. To apply, there are two options. The first option is to move to a different country, be recognized there as a refugee by UNHCR and then be selected for resettlement in Canada by UNHCR. The second option is to obtain visitor visas to Canada, travel to Canada and then claim refugee status once you arrive here.
