i know a lot of ppl who got their pr at rbc call center, banking advisor but what about bmo same thing ? anyone knows ? NOC 63102. please help.

So you do the duties of that NOC in a branch or in a call centre? If call centre then that is not the NOC. How many people do you know? What is your CRS score?

Recently? That seems very unusual. The NOC would typically not be done at a call centre which typically involves more customer service issues.
