Hello Forum Members,
I wanted to seek some assistance regarding an issue I'm facing with my application status. I submitted my application on October 12th and had my biometric enrollment on October 15th. However, I've encountered a peculiar situation with my GC Key account and the status tracker.
In my GC Key account, my application status is displaying "Your action is required," and in the biometric section under the status tracker, it shows "We need your biometric." Strangely, in the Application Details section, it indicates that my biometric has been done, along with the enrollment date.
I reached out by raising a web form in the Technical Difficulties category, and the response I received stated that my biometric is indeed done. Nonetheless, my application status continues to show "Action required."
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice on how to address this situation. It's causing some concern, and I'm unsure of the next steps to resolve this discrepancy. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or can provide some insights on how to proceed?
Thank you in advance for your help and support.
