Hi Guys,

Need your assistance in filling Schedule-A Background Declaration form. When we are filling question 8- Personal History about us, in the date column for the current job what should we input in "To" column what date to be given or we have to leave it blank.

I will appreciate if we can get the assistance in this matter.

please dont leave it empty, now, e.g, from, 01-2016 to 28 -2016 working
