Do we need to declare property held in home country at the time of landing in the B4 form, or do we need to show while filing our first return?

No need to include anything in B4 forms what you are not bringing to Canada along with you, or family either as accompanied or unaccompanied ( by cargo shipment).

Do we have to show our Property (in home country, like: House, Plots, Flats etc) in Tax Returns in Canada? Or what is the way of declaring the same to avert future tax?
