Currently I reside in US (but native of Nepal), I don't have any asset to show in the financial form. I have some credit debt but not significant amount.
So my question is, when applying for FSW program, how does CIC determine the unencumbered settlement funds?
Does it matter if I don't show asset (since I dont have any in US nor anything under MY name back in my home country)?
I have just sufficient fund to show for 2 family members (USD 14000 approx), however since my credit debt is not much, will it be ok if i just dont put my debt at all too?

All you require is to show settlement funds, having other assets or not having does not impact your application. CC's balances are short time debt and you may not include that in liabilities.
