Assessment of work and education profile in relation to NOC

Dear all,
My NOC code as per my current job functions is 2148 (biomedical engineers) but the education requirement shows engineering and I have Masters of Science in Medical Biotechnology. Will my education create a conflict in NOC assessment.

From my understanding, "the education requirement shows engineering" means under work experience section of your EE application, it asked what you were trained for in your degree?
If this is the case, that should not cause a conflict. Your job duty in the employment letter for your current job will become important while IRCC evaluates your work experience against your education.
