I am new to this forum and would like to know if i can apply to FSWC VISA or any other option with following details.

Age: 34
Experience as System Administration IT : 8 Years in Pakistan & Middle East
Degree : Bachelor in Computer Science (3 Years) (Pakistan)
IELTS : L:6 , R:6, W:6, S:6
Relative in Canada : Elder Brother from last 10 years

Partner Details:

Degree : Bachelor in Clinical Psychology (4 years) (Pakistan)
IELTS : L:5, R:5, W,5, S:5
