"Assess my profile for admission in University"

Hello everyone,
I am in process of applying in universities in canada for Jan 2015. Can u plz assess my profile and guide, which universities should i apply and chances of getting in them.

My profile:

10th : 76%
12th : 81%
Btech in Electronics and Communication : 60% ( till 7th semester) (6 backlogs) (last 2 years percentage around 67%)
Ielts : 7.5 (L-8.5,R-8.5,W-6,S-7)
2 internships (MTNL-six weeks, DRDO- six months)
5 projects

Plz guide me which university should i apply for Mengg and any other valuable suggestions are welcome.

.I'm also finding university to take admission in Master degree. Low grades can become problem in obtaining the entry in to the master program. As most of the universities selects student with more than 70% marks.
