Hi,
I did a semester abroad in Russia from Aug 31, 2009 to Feb 5th 2010. I received my ITA and am filling out the questionaire, where it doesn't ask the exact day but just month to month. This way it seems that I have been in Russia for 6 months, but I have been there for 5 months and 5 days.
Because of that I am asked to upload a Russian police certificate. I live in Toronto and online you can book the earliest appointment at the Russian consulate for Feb 13, 2020 - which is ridiculous. Now I am thinking to manipulate the number in the questionnaire and modify it from 08/2009 - 02/2010 to 09/2009-02/2010 and provide and explanation in my LOE.
Do you guys agree? Or would you have other suggestions?
Frustrating, as I haven't considered that I would have provide that, given I wasn't staying there for 6+ months
