Hi Guys
I began work last December
My LMO was issued last Feb and my visa was issued last Nov, good till 2016 11 30
my contract was for two years, under code 416X
so now here is my question:
am I suppose to wait till this Dec to apply under CEC in EE?if I apply at that time, will I get 600 socres for the lmo?
or can my employer just turn the contract to a permanent one? if they do that will a new LMIA needed?
if a new LMIA isn't needed, then will I get 600 scores?
what is the better option for me now?
thanks a lot guys!
-----
ps: my wife is still at my home country. when I apply under EE, is she automatically get considered as co-applicants? or can I choose she is not coming to canada with me and apply just for myself?
which one is better?
im considering get her an open work permit first. but not sure if these two applications will have conflicts or not
thx again!
