asking about my status

I submitted my application February, 2014 under CEC. I finished medical test in 27, August, and asked to pay “Right of Permanent Residence Fee” in 28, October. I was asked to submit “T4” and “notice of assessment” before 3, Jan, 2015. Because I couldn’t get notice of assessment right away, I wrote an email to explain the situation to immigration office on 3, December, 2014 and would send it once I get it.

When I checked my status before, it was only two items as following:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 10, 2014.
2. Medical results have been received.
However, the status is added one more now. It is really wield about the statement that “We started processing your application on December 18, 2014.” I got the email of confirmation at 6, March, 2014. Does it mean that my case need go through all the procedure again?
1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 10, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on December 18, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.

Is there any way to check the detailed procedure? I saw sb used “GCMS” to check status. Where can I find this tool? Thanks a lot for your help.

I think they are asking for you 2013 NOA..which you supposed to get in 2014 around April-May or June..

No need to worry at all
This is the status lines which you should see.

On which date this line appeared in ECAS for you "2. We started processing your application on December 18, 2014." ?
In my ECAS still only 2 lines application received and Medical received and ECAS shows "Application received ". What about you is it showing "In Process" Now?

Thanks. Before that, I also only had two lines like you. This line showed around 20, December. Yeah, the status has been always " in process" since several months ago.

No need to worry at all
This is the status lines which you should see.

On which date this line appeared in ECAS for you "2. We started processing your application on December 18, 2014." ?
In my ECAS still only 2 lines application received and Medical received and ECAS shows "Application received ". What about you is it showing "In Process" Now?

we almost have the same timeline with regards to 'we started processing'..mine last december 15,2014. medical results received prior to in process..hope to hear from cic soon..
