Hello everyone,
My refugee claimant was accepted while my kids who are under 10 years got rejected although they are from the same country of citizenship. Do I have to appeal for them? Can I apply for child benefits?

You should just include them in your PR application.

Canada Child Benefit depends on parents status, so you good to apply for that as I know.
