I had applied for a work permit and made a mistake and so application was sent back.
Since that application gave me status until the reply I was okay. When the work permit application was returned I applied for an extension of 1 year.
I applied for a restoration fee. All was ok until I did not notice they emailed me asking for an additionkal payment of $100. by 14 June, 2016
Checked my email today and noticed I got another notice from CIC on 20 June that states since I refused to pay the extra $100 I have lost status and must leave Canada imediately.
It just so happens that I have to travel back to Mexico with my Canadian born husband on 30 June. We will to be in Mexico for 2 weeks and want to return to Canada.
will I be let back in? Or will I be refused entry into my husband's country? We have been married for 25 years.
I have also applied for inland PR and they emailed that information has beed received by them.
I am so worried.
