Hi everyone! I have been asked to change my Study Permit application (a 6 month doctoral unpaid "internship" at a Canadian University) to a Work Permit. I receive a scholarship through my home government, which is why I think they've asked me to change it. When I look at the different types of work permits (ie. open, other, labour option exempt) I don't see one that applies to me. Does anyone have any ideas where to go from a Study permit to work permit when you are not being paid by anyone in Canada? Thanks in advance!
