Asivad/Senior Members: Guidance Needed-Section D of NSNP100 (Application Form)

Dear Asivad/Senior Members of the forum,

I need your guidance.

In section D (Provincial Application) it asks if I previously applied for provincial nomination or permanent resident under anyother provincial programme? Then it asks for:-

Applicant's full name: ________
Province/territory of application: _______
File Number:__________
Date of Application: __________
Result (in-process, approved, refused, withdrawn): __________


Now, the thing is, I filled up and sent Prince Edward Island Expression of interest just last week. I have not received any nomination or anything. I just got an automated e-mail that they have received my EOI.Thats it.

So, in above situation, do I have to mention in the form "YES". In case i say "YES", I do not have a file number. And I do not have a result as-well. What should select? In-process?

Please guide me.

Can you tell me why I should select NO. I mean to say, I sent EOI to PEI. Wouldn't this be counted as misrepresentation?

Please do let me know if I am just getting confused by reading the form and its not the way it is supposed to be taken.

Since you haven't heared anything positive from PEI's side other than AOR (This AOR is a generic notification for everyone)
Therefore, you cannot consider you application "In Process/Approved/Rejected" etc.
