Hi friends,

I am in a situation where after getting PPR, I submitted my passport to CPC Ottawa office as I am in Canada. But my spouse is in India and I am yet to get a reply from CPC Ottawa office on the instructions for my spouse to submit the passport.

In my PPR letter it was mentioned to contact CPC Ottawa if the applicant is not in Canada or US. That is the reason we replied and asked for the further instructions.

It has been 3 weeks now and there is no update from CPC Ottawa. There is no contact number as well. I am not sure what to do. Can any one suggest?

Have you called them? Have you received your passport back from Ottawa? That is probably causing the delay here - you shouldn't have submitted your passport without waiting for a reply. Ask your wife to carry a copy of the PPR letter along with their passport to the nearest VFS office in India - if they accept it, at least both your passports will be with the respective authorities while you await a reply.

Is there a number to call CPC Ottawa office? I haven't received my passport yet. I submitted my passport on Feb 26th.
