As to the form of UCI, should it be xxxxxxxx or xxxx-xxxx?

Question 4a) What is your Client ID # or Unique Client Identifier (UCI) as shown exactly on your most recent immigration document?

On my landing paper, it is xxxxxxxx, an eight digit number without a dash in the middle.
On my PR card, it is xxxx-xxxx, an eight digit number with a dash in the middle.

Aside from the dash, these two numbers are same.

But what form should I adopt? with or without a dash?

I wrote it as it is in the PR Card. xxxx-xxxx. Doesn't matter. Just make sure you type it correctly.
