As an international student can you receive monthly payments in Canada? Will it affect PGWP?

I sold a property back home to someone in Canada and since I'll be in Canada for school the buyer wants to make monthly payments until the full amount is paid. I want to find out if this will affect my PGWP? Seniors please advise
