As a spouse, what visa should I apply for while waiting for our PR decision?

Hello.
My husband is on PGWP, but he is not working at the moment. We have handed in our PR application together( BC PNP). He is the main applicant, I'm his spouse. We haven't received confirmation receipt yet. My OWP is expiring soon. Can I apply for an extension of my OWP? Or should I apply for another status while waiting for PR?

I couldn't find any useful information online. Some say I can apply for an extension of OWP, but requires a PR confirmation receipt. Some say I have to apply for a travel visa. I'm really confused.

I appreciate for any help!

Right now you would need to convert your status to visitor and stop working once your PGWP expires.

Is your husband able to obtain a NOC A, B or 0 job and get 3 payslips before your OWP expires? Then you would be eligible for a SOWP. That's the best solution. It can take a while to hear back from the province.

My OWP will expire in early April. I think I will change my status to visitor then.
Thank you very much for your help!

You’ll need to change it before your current OWP expires. Would suggest at least 2 days in case you encounter any issues because you don’t want to end up being out of status. Would also purchase private health insurance.
